From immersive city experiences to hands-on learning that bridges culture and career, this partnership is about making sure the next generation of Detroiters don’t just survive in this city, they lead it.

The Northern Midwest Regional Council of Construction Workers & Millwrights is a founding funding partner of the Global Futures Initiative, providing a $5,000 investment that fully funded our first Passports to Possibility international experience. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to access, opportunity, and long-term pathways for young people, connecting global learning with skilled trades exposure and future workforce pipelines across the Midwest.
