Haley Stoecker, M.Ed, MBA

Fundraising & Growth

Haley’s journey started in education, working closely with students and communities affected by systemic inequities. This experience reinforced her belief that talent is universal, but access is not. She then pursued graduate studies in finance and strategy to better understand how capital flows influence opportunities. She is particularly passionate about sustainable finance, impact investing, and developing systems that widen access rather than limit it. Haley sees business as a powerful vehicle for equity when guided by deliberate leadership. Ultimately, she is driven by growth, accountability, and the pursuit of long-term, community-focused impact.
