We partner with high-schools and universities to select students ready for global exploration. Chosen participants receive fully funded international experiences, including travel, lodging, and curated itineraries. They document their growth and, upon return, share their insights – inspiring cultural curiosity in their communities.

OUR FOUNDERS
DEAUNDRE COLA
DeAundre is currently a Captain with Delta Air Lines, and is driven by his passion for aviation and mentorship. He has proudly worked alongside the Black Pilots of America and serves as a dedicated mentor to aspiring aviators. During his time at Central Washington University (CWU), he was actively involved in male mentorship initiative Brother to Brother and served as the Coordinator for the Student Development Mentoring Initiative (SDMI), supporting first and second-year students transition. His commitment to uplifting the next generation extends beyond the cockpit, creating opportunities for young people to soar.
CYRUS STEWART
Cyrus is the Learning and Development Manager at DeEtta Jones & Associates, a premier consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational culture. He designs, coordinates, and delivers cutting-edge training solutions for clients such as Harvard and Yale, the Scholastic Corporation, and more. He earned a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Central Michigan University (CMU) and previously held roles at multiple universities, leading various multicultural and student success initiatives. His work included overseeing mentorship programs like Men About Change, supporting Upward Bound, and instructing First-Year Experience courses. Driven by a passion for youth development and facilitation, Cyrus brings a deep commitment to empowering others in every facet of his work.
